Coaching for managing people with MH issues
A learning-coaching option if you want it:
You probably already get how important trauma-informed professionalism is becoming, but how good are you at mentally fit & trauma-informed conversations?
T-I Management
- Use this program to benefit your own mental fitness & that of those around you
- Understand how to have productive conversations with staff & colleagues at risk of MH issues
- Understand how to support your family's mental fitness too
- Learn about having those RUOK? conversations effectively & what to do when they're not ok, or you're not ok, beyond calling a helpline
- Social economising demands mental fitness from leaders of every orientation. So does the care economy
- This program is tailored, session by session if need be, to your needs as both a professional and as a person
- Confidential - ie GP styled confidential.
This program is not about you doing your job better. It's about you building greater personal capacity; it's about you coping easier, you relaxing easier, you pivoting easier, you seeing easier, you understanding easier, you being able to take in more and do more with what you take in. It's about fulfillment - proper fulfillment and satisfaction.
The Care Economy, the Social Economy are flourishing - what does that mean for you & your career?
Future proofing your career will require new expertise in people management & engagement such as being properly trauma-informed for the workplace, but if you've spent your life focused on project success & the money economy then the post covid world will require a whole other professional orientation. You want to be prepared for that.
Professional
* Draw on 50,000+hrs clinical experience & 8,500 hrs tertiary level training including masters degree in trauma responses, PTSD & Suicide. I've worked in mental health since May of 1994 - extensive enough to trust. My quals require 150 hours of CPD per 3 yr period - they're demonstrable hours and in accordance with a learning plan, not a checkbox list with an empty promise. And yes, I'm a registered healthcare professional with AHPRA. I was 19years old when I first managed a multimillion dollar budget and 23 when I was first wholly responsible for someone's life. Different from you, but not so much.
